At a meeting held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Haze Saputra and Emma Mulvaney were sworn in as the newest members of the Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees.
Haze Saputra begins a seven-year term that will conclude in 2031. She replaces Gary Sandefur, who left the board in December 2024 at the completion of his term. Emma Mulvaney will serve a one-year term that concludes in December 2025. She replaces Kim Anderson who resigned from the board in 2024 before completing her term.
Ms. Saputra is an 8-year resident of the Worthington School District and currently serves as Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Trusts at Nationwide Financial. She is Den Leader for a local Cub Scout Pack, volunteers with Seeds of Caring and co-owns The Little Dot, a mobile bakery and tea house.
Ms. Mulvaney is a new resident of the Worthington School District and currently serves as Senior Associate at Frost Brown Todd, LLC.
In addition to Ms. Saputra and Ms. Mulvaney, the library board is served by Joan Herbers (president), Abigail Poklar (vice president), Elizabeth Grieser (secretary), Joseph Saverimuttu and Kyla Dembowski.
