Emma Mulvaney has lived in the Worthington School District since 2024.
Ms. Mulvaney earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Capital University Law School. She also received a B.A. in Spanish from Capital University. She is currently employed at Frost Brown Todd, LLC where she is Senior Associate.
In her application to serve on the library board, Ms. Mulvaney wrote:
