Alert! Our Meeting Room Use policy has changed. Please note that groups reserving meeting rooms will be responsible for setting up chairs and tables and returning the room to its original condition. Review the full policy for additional changes.

Each of our libraries offers meeting rooms for use by community groups free of charge. The Board of Trustees sets the Meeting Room Use policy.

Groups must request to reserve a meeting room in advance. Reservations are not considered confirmed until library staff have approved the request. Use of the meeting rooms for financial gain is prohibited.

Meeting rooms can be reserved once per calendar month, per library location, per group. Meeting rooms can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.

Each room includes tables and chairs available to be set up in a variety of configurations. Each room includes an audiovisual system accessible with your own device or via library equipment. Learn more about each room's amenities via the links below.
