Whether your students are learning about a specific topic or your class needs several copies of a particular title, Worthington Libraries saves you time by providing teacher collections for use in your classroom.

Teacher collections are available to anyone with a valid Educator Card from Worthington Libraries.

Fill out the following form to request a teacher collection. You will receive a response to your request within 2-3 days.
Double-check our hours and holidays to select a date the Library is open.
Tell us the subject or author you'd like us to cover in your classroom. Or, to request multiple copies of a specific title, include the title and number of copies. Please also share any additional information that will help us create a collection for you.
Grade or reading level
Type of materials (check all that apply)
Tell us the number of items you'd like us to get for you, up to 30 total. If applicable, include details about how many items for each grade or reading level, or how many of each type of material, e.g., 5 information books, 5 picture books, 2 music CDs.

Please note that there is a limit of 1 nonfiction DVD. Some topics or titles may be limited based on availability.
