Buffalo Fluffalo is puffed up with self-importance, proclaiming his superiority to the ram, the prairie dog and the crow who just want to be his friend. After a rain-shower drenching, the other animals, who could see through Fluffalo's bravado, comfort him and tell him how great he is, no matter his size.
